XL in Life is a client focused disability support organisation providing accommodation and support services to people who live with a disability and require day to day care. Offering a range of services including Supported Independent Living, Short Term and Medium Term Accommodation, Respite, Community Access, Assistance with Daily Living and Skill Building, we ensure participants are at the centre of all we do, committed to supporting our participants to work towards their individual goals.
Nigel Brown, as a father of children with disabilities, always feared what may happen to his children once their parents were gone? Where would they live? How would they cope with everyday life on their own? Who was going to look after the best interest of his children & help them to live a fulfilled life – to help them XL in Life?
And so, XL IN LIFE was founded in 2020, the impetus to enter the disability services market sparked by the personal experience of a parent of children living with disabilities and the belief of “making a lasting difference” for people living with disabilities and those around them.

OUR STAFF
Committed, qualified & experienced staff
Our participants are supported by dedicated, qualified support workers who are committed, friendly and experienced in providing services to people with disabilities.
Our support staff undergo a rigorous pre-employment screening procedure to ensure they meet the National Quality and Safeguards of Engagement. Our staff are appropriately trained to suit the needs of participants and undertake regular training to ensure they provide the best quality of support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Training in medication administration, behavioural support or other complex needs is also provided.

In addition to our dedicated house teams, XL in Life works alongside our registered nurse, support coordination partners, medical and allied health network to ensure that each participant’s independence and lifestyle choices are supported and respected.
